Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases of digital guide products made through catharsis.cards, operated by WeMadeThis OÜ ("we," "us," "our"). They do not cover use of the separate Catharsis Cards mobile app, which is governed by its own app store terms.

2. What we sell

We sell downloadable PDF guides — currently "The Overthinking Reset," "The Boundaries Reset," and "The Emotional Burnout Reset" — each priced at €3.99. Each purchase includes the PDF guide itself plus a bonus redemption code for temporary access to the Catharsis Cards app's premium subscription features, redeemable on the platform (iOS or Android) selected at checkout.

These guides are self-help and reflection materials. They are not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency/crisis services.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through Stripe Payment Links. Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable VAT — the amount displayed is the final amount you pay, with no tax added at checkout. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. A contract is formed once your payment is successfully completed.

4. Delivery

Delivery is automated and digital: once payment completes, our system emails you the purchased PDF and your bonus code, typically within a few minutes. If you don't receive your order within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at findyourcatharsis@gmail.com.

5. Bonus redemption codes

Redemption codes are limited in number and offered on a while-supplies-last basis per platform. If we're temporarily out of codes for your platform at the time of your purchase, we will still send your PDF immediately and follow up with your code as soon as more become available.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. However, because our guides are digital content delivered immediately upon payment, this right ends once delivery begins — by completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the guide has been sent to you.

7. Refunds

Because guides are delivered instantly and are non-returnable digital content, purchases are generally final once delivered, except where required by law (for example, if you did not receive a working file, or in cases of proven duplicate/accidental purchase). 8. License and permitted use

Purchasing a guide gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or reproduce the guide content in whole or in part without our prior written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our guides. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
